VENTURA, Calif. –  As the community moves into long term recovery and rebuilding efforts, the Resource Management Agency (RMA) is pleased to announce the launch of the Mountain Fire Rebuild Permitting Dashboard. This new tool, available on both the Resource Management Agency’s website and the Ventura County Recovers website, allows users to track the rebuild permitting progress of properties affected by the Mountain Fire.

The Rebuild Permitting Dashboard provides weekly updates on the progress of rebuild permits from application submittals, plan check reviews, permit issuance, and construction completion. As of Tuesday, September 23, the County has received 41 rebuild permit applications. Of those 41, 29 are in the permitting process, and 12 have received a building permit to start construction.
